Meet the Central Coast chefs, farmers, artisan purveyors and more who are committed to working with the freshest, most flavorful ingredients. Hosted by Central Coast chef and cookbook author Brigit Binns, the demonstration stage will be stacked with Farm to Table sessions throughout the day featuring topics such as olive oil, sheep's milk ice cream, garden cocktails, by Sandra Lee, Emmy award-winning television star, and more. Be sure to check out the annual Farm to School Garden, grown by Farmer Ralph Johnson, which will be donated to a school within San Luis Obispo County.
Demonstrations will take place both Saturday and Sunday throughout the entire day and are included with the purchase of your Main Event Pass. Note: Schedule is subject to change without notice.
