MICHAEL VOLTAGGIO - Owner of the popular Los Angeles restaurant ink. and ink.sack.Located on the Ranch, the Asistencia building is regarded as the first stone-and-more structure built in California. It served many purposes: a farmhouse, granary, chapel, and lodging quarters during the Mission Period.  Today, the original building is covered by a protective barn, but the impressive stone walls still stand and serve as Chef Central for Sunset SAVOR the Central Coast.

Holland is known for her inventive takes on modern soul food, as well as comfort classics.  The author of New Soul Cooking: Updating a Cuisine Rich in Flavor and Tradition (Stewart, Tabori, and Chang), Holland is perhaps best known for her role as a host and expert on Soul Food for the “Melting Pot” series on Food Network.
