Explore the world of tea and enjoy a true farm-to-table lunch in the Chef's Garden at Sycamore Mineral Springs Resort. Tea connoisseur and blogger Charles Crellin of Sycamore Mineral Springs will invite guests to learn about and drink the finest teas from around the world and herbal teas grown in Sycamore’s own garden. Following the tea seminar, enjoy a four-course lunch, served family-style in the beautiful Chef’s Garden. Prepared by Chef Robert Trester just for this tour, each course—paired with outstanding Central Coast wines— will incorporate rare and exquisite teas. Utilizing only the freshest ingredients grown at Sycamore or gathered at local farmers' markets, this stunning menu will showcase the complex simplicity of Chef Robert Trester’s cuisine.
